I totally agree and have loved her
for years. I am a vegan - and if the snow ever STOPS and I can my garden started......I am in the middle of wonderful farmland and am looking forward to the farmers markets all summer may even participate !!

As I'm sure you know I am a total fan of Alice Waters - can't get enough of her!! I read The Art of Simple Food some moths back and have made many wonderful things from it. I now don't know how I lived without it!! I am also a fan of the "Slow Food Movement" - it's very big here. I missed the 60 minutes interview so thank you very much for posting this!!
